Full cycle from roe skein to jar
The history of Trading House Moscow Fish Processing Plant LLC began in 2005. Since then, we have grown into one of the leading processors and suppliers of salmon roe in Russia.
Full-cycle processing of salmon roe: chum, pink, sockeye and coho salmon, and trout. From defrosting and salting roe skeins to packing in any type of packaging.
Production capacity of up to 16 tonnes of red caviar a day from frozen roe skeins. One of the largest plants of its kind in the country.
